Key Responsibilities:
- Support the centre / franchisees in executing marketing activities.
- Promote SIP Abacus programs.
- Motivate franchisees to invest in marketing initiatives.
- Work towards increasing student admissions across centres.
- Identify and acquire franchisees through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns with franchise partners
Education, Qualification & Skills required:
- Any degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 3+years of experience in sales and business development (Edtech, insurance, telecom, or banking sector).
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Target oriented
- Language fluency in English & Tamil is a MUST, Hindi will be an added advantage.
Other Criteria:
- Should be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with parents and school authorities.
- Be willing to work on weekends (mainly Sundays) for promotional events and parent interactions.
- Own a two-wheeler for travel.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for marketing and business development activities
