We are looking for Sales Executive for a well established ceramic company for their retail division.

Job Location : Bangalore (Rajaji Nagar)
Experience : 1+ year
Salary Upto : 25K + incentives
Design robust business strategies to approach and build a healthy
relationship with influencers (Architects, Builders, Designers, Consultants
Research and identify the HNI (High Net Worth Individuals) who are
redesigning/constructing new homes. Conduct research to identify new
markets and customer needs
Generate enquiries, propose MC Luxury bucket of offerings, effective
follow-ups and closure of orders
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and the promoters
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and tasks of such nature.
Maintain records of the entire customer base and interact with them
constantly to generate new references and business opportunities.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Maintain after-sale customer-client relationship and ensure smooth
delivery of services and products.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Hire and develop front end sales team.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Provide mentorship to junior sales force
Passionate about sales and Marketing
Inclined to travel and meet new prospects and develop a business network
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English, Hindi (Must). Another regional language is a plus.
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Graduation in business administration, any graduate or relevant field with a
zeal for sales and marketing
