What We’re Looking For:
1. Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with minimum 5 years owning P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to build revenue organizations from 0→1 or early-stage (<$5M ARR).
- Strong B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience with complex deal cycles.
- Successful track record selling to enterprise clients in retail, e-commerce, automotive, or consumer brands.
- Strong financial acumen and experience building financial models.
- Experience hiring and leading high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Startup DNA – high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and bias for action.
2. Highly Desirable
- Experience with AI/ML, 3D/AR/VR/XR, martech, or immersive tech.
- Background selling to digital transformation, retail ops, or marketing leaders.
- Experience in strategy consulting, growth-stage startups, or product-led companies.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with founders in seed/Series A environments.
- Proven track record of scaling sales orgs 3–5x year-over-year.
