Job Overview
We are seeking a sharp, strategically minded Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong command over language, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to
transform complex business offerings into compelling stories.
This role requires strategic thinking, creative agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple industries and formats.

Responsibilities and Duties
● Brand & Content Development:
○ Create clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for websites, campaigns, brochures,
decks, reports, and digital platforms.
○ Develop brand, messaging frameworks, taglines, and tone of voice
systems.
○ Write thought leadership content, case studies, customer stories, and founder-led
communication.
○ Translate technical or complex subjects into clear, compelling communication.
○ Create scripts for brand films, corporate AVs, and internal communication assets.
● Strategic Communication:
○ Work closely with strategy and servicing teams to understand business objectives
and audience needs.
○ Build differentiated messaging for B2B, corporate, and enterprise brands.
○ Ensure consistency of brand language across all touchpoints.
○ Support pitch presentations and new business proposals with strong storytelling
● Collaboration & Execution:
○ Collaborate with designers to create integrated creative outputs.
○ Present ideas, rationale, and concepts internally and to clients when required.
○ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
○ Stay updated with evolving content formats, industry trends, and communication
practices.
Skills
● Education & Experience:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or
related field (or equivalent experience).
○ 1-2 years of experience in copywriting, branding, content, or agency environments.
● Writing & Strategic Skills:
○ Excellent written English with strong grammar, editorial accuracy, and storytelling
ability.
○ Proven experience writing for B2B / enterprise / corporate audiences.
○ Ability to write long-form and short-form content with equal effectiveness.
○ Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and audience psychology.
● Design Skills:
○ Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
○ Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
○ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best
practices.
● Soft Skills:
○ Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate original ideas.
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
○ Ability to manage feedback constructively and work collaboratively across teams.
○ High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset.
