Job Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new franchisees
- Oversee new admissions for franchisees & new registrations
- Retaining existing business/ franchisees
- Responsible for business growth in the region
- PnL accountability of the state.
Experience and skills required:
- 10 +years, of relevant years
- Candidates with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Banking, insurance or Telecom with an experience in franchise or dealer appointment with a team handling experience of 3+ years is a must.
- Good People/ Franchisee management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- The Ideal candidate will be travelling within Maharashtra – Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane – Navi Mumbai – Kalyan (New Mumbai regions).
- Language proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi

- No of franchises to be managed – 50+
- Number of direct team members to be managed – 10+
- The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive
- knowledge of the Maharashtra market.
