Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai for a Digital Marketing Manager. We are a Software Company
& you will be managing Digital Marketing, not for our Clients, The Digital Marketing Manager
will be responsible for Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Lead Generation, Analytics & Tracking, and
Demand Generation.
Skill Set: Expertise managing a team with following skills & also hands on with AD Campaign
Management in Google, Linkedin, Meta etc, Cost Optimization, Landing Page Generation &
Optimization, Setting up Funnels, Analytics & Tracking, Search engine optimization (SEO), Google
Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Keyword Research, Email Marketing, SEM, SMM, SMO, Technical SEO,
Content marketing, SEO audits
Responsibilities

  • Expertise managing a team with following skills & also hands on with AD Campaign
    Management
  • Indepth knowledge in AD Campaign setup in Google, Linkedin, Meta etc
  • Cost Optimization with regard to AD Budget, Tools used for Digital Marketing
  • Ability to device Digital Marketing strategies for Global Market, Niche Services
  • Ability to Research about Competitors & Mobile & Web App Products
  • End to end knowledge to setup & monitor, track, optimize Analytics & Tools associated with it.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies
    aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.
  • Experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up Fast Landing Pages aligning with Campaigns & Services
  • Knowledge to work with CRMs, Email tools, Lead Extraction tools, Research tools
  • Optimize website content & for on-page SEO
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix technical issues
  • Implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building, guest blogging, and social
    media outreach, to improve website authority and domain ranking.
  • Monitoring and suggesting ideas to enhance user engagement across our website and
    Optimizing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in website
    design.
  • Analysis and optimization of SEO efforts and results – derive actionable insights and programs
    to increase search results rank, drive traffic, and ultimately scale in customer acquisition and
    engagement.
  • Provide suggestions for SEO-friendly content creation by analyzing existing content marketing
    strategy, keyword strategy, and data/traffic analysis
  • Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best
    practices are integrated into website content, design, and development processes.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the IT/software industry is a plus
    Note: Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics and Hubspot Inbound Marketing certification will be beneficial.
