In this role, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new partners and ensuring their long-term growth and success.
Travel: Pan-India travel required
What You’ll Do:
- Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment of new franchisees.
- Onboarding & Growth: Manage the successful setup and operational growth of new centers.
- Stakeholder Management: Visit franchisees nationwide to provide strategic coaching and ensure brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 members to hit aggressive expansion targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: B.Tech & MBA (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School).
- Experience: 5+ years total, with at least 2 years in the Telecom, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
- Direct Expertise: Minimum 2 years specifically in Franchisee Growth or Acquisition.
- Skills: Exceptional communication in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is a major plus.
