Role 1: Freelance Resume Writer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact, ATS-friendly resumes for professionals across all experience levels, from fresh graduates to CXO executives.
- Rewrite and enhance existing resumes with achievement-driven content.
- Create executive summaries, accomplishment-based bullet points, and role-specific keyword optimization.
- Write customized cover letters and professional bios.
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles to improve recruiter visibility.
- Deliver professionally formatted documents within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their career history and goals.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment and hiring trends.
- Ability to write compelling achievement-oriented resumes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Role 2: Freelance Career Coach
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions.
- Help professionals define career goals and transition strategies.
- Provide interview preparation and mock interview sessions.
- Guide candidates on salary negotiation and offer evaluation.
- Advise on LinkedIn branding and personal branding.
- Support professionals with career changes, leadership growth, and job search strategies.
- Recommend upskilling and career development plans based on industry trends.
Preferred Skills
- Background in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Career Coaching.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and employer expectations.
- Ability to coach professionals from entry level to senior leadership.
Experience – Min 2 years Experience in Resume Writing or as a Career Coach is Mandatory
Compensation – Revenue Sharing for Each Project
- Its a Freelance Model with Revenue Sharing for Work Done.
