The General Manager – Business Acquisition & Client Relations will lead the strategic growth agenda across key
accounts and new business initiatives. This role will drive high-value client partnerships, revenue expansion, and
market intelligence to accelerate NeoNiche’s position as a full-service experience agency of choice. It demands a
commercially astute, people-focused, and results-oriented leader who can convert market potential into
sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities / Accountability
● Business Acquisition & Market Expansion
Identify high-potential prospects across industries and geographies. Own the sales lifecycle from lead
generation to contract closure while developing scalable pitch strategies and growth narratives.
● Client Strategy & Growth Leadership
Develop and execute strategic client roadmaps by aligning agency strengths with client goals. Convert
briefs into opportunities and ensure the delivery of integrated solutions that drive retention and
expansion.
● Revenue Planning & Commercial Management
Deliver quarterly and annual revenue goals. Lead pricing discussions, proposal accuracy, profitability
tracking, and financial forecasting in alignment with board expectations.
● Relationship Management & Client Experience
Build deep, consultative relationships with CXOs, procurement leads, and key decision-makers. Drive
proactive account stewardship, value-based interactions, and a differentiated service experience.
● Team Leadership & Capability Building
Inspire, mentor, and lead multifunctional teams across client servicing and acquisition. Set performance
standards, implement upskilling programs, and build a talent pipeline for future growth.
● Collaboration & Integration
Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure
consistency, agility, and innovation in every client solution.
● Market Intelligence & Innovation
Track competitive movement, market trends, and category shifts to feed into solution design and
prospecting. Translate intelligence into client advantage and agency relevance.
● Governance & Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with internal systems, SOPs, documentation, and reporting. Own department-level
reviews, audits, and planning cycles with functional heads.
