Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including workforce planning, employee
lifecycle management, payroll inputs and policy implementation
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, ensure compliance, and
continuously improve HR processes and systems
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Oversee recruitment strategy, hiring plans, and stakeholder management to
ensure timely and quality hiring
• Monitor recruitment metrics, optimize sourcing channels, and strengthen
employer branding
Learning, Development & Engagement
• Design and drive training frameworks, leadership development, and capability-
building initiatives
• Lead employee engagement, culture-building and internal communication
strategies
Administration, Facilities & Travel Management
• Oversee administration including facilities, vendor management, infrastructure,
and workplace experience
• Manage travel desk operations, cost optimization, and compliance with
organizational policies
Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination
• Lead and mentor the HR & Admin team, ensuring effective execution of
responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to address people-related challenges and drive
organizational effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
• 6–10 years of experience in HR & Administration
• Prior experience in managing teams preferred
