Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow GRC Developer experience in implementing and customizing GRC/IRM and SecOps modules. The role involves configuring Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Compliance Case Management, Business continuity Management, Third-Party Risk Management modules, SecOps-SIR/VR modules, developing Workspaces and Portals, scripting, and integrating with third-party systems. Candidates should bring strong technical skills along with business process understanding to align GRC solutions with organizational and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, TPRM, BCM, CCM)and SecOps modules (SIR,VR)
- Develop IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports
- Build client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes)
- Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform system administration, upgrades, and user support
