Job Description:
- You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing game features for our new mobile F2P shooter game.
- Your deep understanding of game features, combined with your creativity, will allow you to iterate and design innovative features that captivate and evoke profound emotions in our players.
- You’ll collaborate with a talented team of artists, programmers, and other designers to bring new concepts to life and refine existing game mechanics.

- Design Specifications:
- Visuals: Create wireframes and mock-ups to effectively communicate game feature concepts to our engineering team.
- Written Specification: Write clear, concise, and straightforward prose that defines and describes game features.
- Why?: Develop and document clearly why every feature you design exists and how it helps enhance the player game experience.
- Game Depth:
- Immerse yourself in our game, becoming its most dedicated player within the company. Gain a comprehensive knowledge of every detail, allowing you to consistently offer specific improvements.
- Deeply understand our game genre (extraction shooter) and competitive games. Fully understand all major shooter features and intimately know every major mobile shooter game in depth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 – 5 years
- Shooter Depth: Understanding the elements that make features compelling and their holistic integration into game design. Analyze how specific game features succeed in certain games and comprehend their situational context, as well as when and why they may not work in other games.
- Experience: Have full lifecycle experience working on at least two mobile game titles as a feature designer.
- Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Google Presentations, and Google Spreadsheets.
- Approach: Display a highly structured and organized mindset. Strive to comprehend player emotions and psychology associated with each feature. Maintain an unwavering focus on understanding the complete set of game features in a holistic manner, including their interactions and systems.
