Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical insights covering core modules of BBA Aviation Management.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students through projects, internships, and career counseling within the aviation sector.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design course materials, assignments, and examinations to effectively evaluate student performance.
- Academic Support: Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and campus institutional initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education (MANDATORY): Must hold an MBA in Aviation Management with a valid IATA Certification.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates: Fresh MBA degree in Aviation Management, who possess a strong passion for academic teaching and mentoring are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, deep knowledge of global aviation standards, and strong classroom control.
