Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the construction products sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and builders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the construction products market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials, campaigns, and sales strategies.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to clients to showcase the features and benefits of our construction products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and standards related to construction products and incorporate them into sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
  • Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of any client issues or concerns.

Requirement Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction products and materials, including knowledge of industry standards and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
