About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing sales leader to spearhead new student acquisition nationwide. As a National Head, you will transition your extensive regional leadership experience into driving strategic brand visibility, expanding market footprint, and maximizing student enrollments through an impactful franchise network.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Growth: Plan and execute national marketing operations and enrollment strategies to maximize student acquisition.
- Channel & Franchise Management: Empower, train, and build capabilities within the channel sales team and franchise partners.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Extract and analyze regional performance metrics using Excel to optimize focus markets.
- Branding: Drive on-ground center visibility, local marketing schemes, and growth contests.
Who We Are Looking For:
- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Business School.
- 10+ years of relevant domain experience
- Proven leaders with at least 5 years of stable Regional Manager experience within fast-paced environments like Telecom, FMCG, or reputed Pharma.
- An analytical mindset proficient in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional team management skills, with a track record of leading direct teams of 8+ members.
- This position demands domestic travel across the country
