We are looking for Personal Secretary for a very reputed group of institutions in Bangalore.

Positions : Personal Secretary (for Vice Chairperson)

Experience : 3+ years


Job Responsibilities :

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organising events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Handling bill payments and managing internal operations.
  • Take care of operations related to the company’s guest house located at BTM Layout.

Requirement :

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have done Graduation
  • Comfortable for travelling
  • Willing to learn new things
