Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages positive social interaction and active learning.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.
- Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development workshops.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education (MANDATORY): Must hold a valid NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), Montessori, or EYC (Early Years Course) certification & BEd for Primary teaching. Applications without these specific certifications will not be considered.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a Pre-Primary or Primary school setting.
- Location: Candidates residing in Varthur, Bengaluru, or nearby surrounding areas are highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
