Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end execution of projects involving Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance,
Access Control Systems, Public Address Systems (PAS), Entrance Control Systems (Boom
Barriers, Tripods, Flap Gates), and Data Networking Infrastructure
• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and resource allocation
• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Identify risks and resolve project-related issues
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
• Manage service operations, including handling service calls, breakdown support, and client
issue resolution
• Drive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) opportunities with clients
• Collaborate with sales/service teams for AMC conversions and client retention
• Support client retention and long-term service engagement
Required Skills
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Project Management
• Strong experience in team handling, site execution, and service coordination
• Proven experience in managing service calls and maintenance operations
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (IP CCTV, NVR/DVR)
• Understanding of data networking (LAN, WAN, routing, switching)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Exposure to telephony systems (IP Telephony, PBX, VoIP) is optional and an added advantage
Technical Skills
• Experience working with solutions from Hikvision, Dahua Technology, Cisco, Honeywell or
similar
• Knowledge of structured cabling and networking setup
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE / EEE / IT or related field)
• CCNA or relevant certification (preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 (optional)
