Project Manager / Site Executive – Interior Fit-Out
Location: B. Narayanapura / Tin Factory, KR Puram, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA | Up to ₹8–9 LPA for senior/exceptional profiles
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager / Site Executive with strong experience in interior fit-out execution to manage and coordinate residential/commercial interior projects from site measurement through execution and handover.
The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background and hands-on experience with interior design firms or architectural practices, along with strong knowledge of site execution, MEP coordination, vendors, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, site recce, surveys, and accurate measurements.
- Read, understand, and interpret AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
- Coordinate day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out projects.
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, and other services.
- Coordinate with MEP/service vendors, contractors, carpenters, and other site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with internal design/project teams.
- Ensure project timelines and handover deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper finishing at site.
- Coordinate with clients during site execution and address project-related concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates through WhatsApp/email.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors/contractors wherever required.
- Ensure projects are handed over with minimum snagging and in accordance with quality expectations.
- Support the team in achieving positive client feedback and Google reviews.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in an interior design firm, modular/interior execution company, or architectural practice is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and the ability to take/verify site measurements.
- Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other MEP services.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Good project planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Two-wheeler ownership is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively between project sites.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru routes and local areas.
- Working knowledge of Hindi or Kannada for site coordination and vendor communication.
- Good English communication skills for WhatsApp and email communication.
