Position: – Sr. Quality Engineer
Expertise in Inspection of Various parts like As Cast, Forged, Fabricated and machined parts.
Examining the quality of Raw material and Finished goods through Destructive testing and Non-
destructive testing
Monitoring Supplier Quality and customer Quality
Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
Good Know-how of Indian and international standards (Especially European standards)
Knowledge and hands on measuring instrument is must
Knowledge of part Assembly, Fits and Interferences
Producing statistical reports on quality standards
Expert in providing quick solutions and improvements
Knowledge of Axial Fan and Centrifugal fan is an added advantage
Knowledge of Casting, Forging, Welding and Fabrication is an added advantage
Expertise in Failure analysis – Root cause Analysis and Corrective action
Mandatory Requirements:
NDT Level II is must -Hands on Experience of Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic Particle testing
and Dye Penetrant testing
In-depth knowledge of Radiography test
Knowledge about Assembly Fit’s and interferences is must
Knowledge of interpretation of Engineering drawing is Must
Quality control certification is advantageous.

Good Presentation skill
Documentation skills
