Experience-6–10 years in Quality Management Systems within manufacturing.
Experience in zipper, automotive, metal, textile accessories, or precision component
manufacturing preferred.
Quality Management System
Implement and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
requirements.
Ensure all departmental processes comply with documented procedures.
Develop, review, and control Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow
Diagrams, Turtle Diagrams, and Quality Procedures.
Monitor document and record control systems.
Drive continual improvement initiatives across all manufacturing functions.
2. Internal Audit Management
Prepare annual Internal Audit Plan.
Conduct Process Audits, System Audits, and Product Audits.
Identify non-conformities and ensure timely closure.
Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Maintain audit records and audit dashboards.
3. Customer & Certification Audits
Coordinate customer audits.
Lead certification and surveillance audits.
Prepare departments for external audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Coordinate audit evidence and compliance documentation.
