We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multi-digital channels to drive acquisition, ROI, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn to meet growth KPIs.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, target audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize Conversion Rate (CR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track daily performance metrics (CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and build actionable weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Budget Management: Monitor and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across active channels to avoid overspend while scaling top-performing campaigns.
- Funnel Optimization: Work closely with the design, content, and landing page development teams to refine lead capture funnels and drive campaign effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics platforms (GA4).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting performance reports and insights.
- Self-Motivated: Proven track record of working effectively in a high-ownership, remote environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience with marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, or agency background is a plus.
