One of our Client from Hotel and Hospitality Industry is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join their hotel’s HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Screening, selecting, and hiring top talent to support hotel’s operations.
Position : HR- Recruiter
Salary : 27 in hand
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
2. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including the hotel’s website, job boards, and social media.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job fairs, industry events, and professional networks.
4. Application Management: Manage job applications, including screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
5. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for hotel roles.
6. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate employment terms.
7. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
