Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across corporate sales (new + renewals)
and MVT (Medical Value Travel / Strategic Alliances), while building and managing a
strong ecosystem of hospitals, diagnostic centres, and insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and deliver end-to-end revenue across corporate, MVT, and partner
channels, with full accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Build and scale the corporate sales portfolio by driving new client acquisition
and maximizing renewals and upsell across preventive health and genetic testing
offerings
• Lead the empanelment strategy by identifying, onboarding, and expanding a
high-quality network of hospitals and diagnostic centres across key markets
• Own and deepen strategic relationships with existing hospital and diagnostic
partners to drive long-term value, retention and consistent revenue generation
• Build and scale the MVT business by establishing and monetizing partnerships
with insurance providers and strategic allies
• Develop and manage a strong cross-border hospital network to enable seamless
MVT service delivery across India and South Asian markets
• Drive partner activation and productivity through structured engagement,
performance tracking and joint go-to-market initiatives
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies across corporate and partner
ecosystems to accelerate market penetration and business growth
• Track and optimize key business metrics including pipeline strength, conversion
rates, partner productivity and revenue yield
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, medical excellence,
genetics, marketing) to ensure seamless execution and continuously refine
offerings based on market insights
Experience
• 6–10 years in B2B sales, healthcare sales or corporate wellness
• Strong experience in corporate sales + partnerships + hospital/insurance
ecosystem
• Experience in diagnostics, preventive healthcare, insurance or health-tech
preferred

Education
