Key Responsibilities:
1. Payments Management
- Manage team handling payment activities
- Monitor and review all payments processed
- Ensure accuracy of TDS deductions and payments
2. Banking & Compliance
- Handle communication with Bank RM for transactions
- Ensure completion of banking compliances
- Filing and documentation for:
- Foreign remittances
- Import payments
- Export transactions
3. Statutory & Audit
- Liaison with statutory auditors
- Provide required data and support during audits
- Prepare financial statements (standalone & consolidated)
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in payments + banking + audit
- Strong knowledge of TDS, statutory compliance
- Exposure to import/export transactions preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills
