Experience Fitment
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 8 years of experience (Candidates age should be below 30, at max 32 years – nothing beyond this)
- Educational background : We will NOT hire distance learning profiles. Ideally let’s look for full time Graduates & if someone is a MBA that’s a additional plus point.
- We will not hire candidates who are currently working DSA / DST backgrounds, who want to move into Corporate.

- This is the complete list. We will not hire any candidate from organisation that are not mentioned in the below list.
- The organizations highlighted in ‘Green’ will be our preferred target companies for hiring in the Tier 1 locations (Metro-cities), while those highlighted in ‘Orange’ will be the target organizations for Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations.
Stability :
The average stability of a candidate should be 1.5 to 2 years per organization ( example – 6 years of total work experience and 6 job switches won’t be suitable)
