We are looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales to spearhead our net-new business acquisition. This is a high-impact, on-site role for a driven sales professional who loves the thrill of the close.
What You’ll Do
- Drive New ARR: Own the full sales cycle (60% time allocation) targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts across HR, Finance, and IT verticals.
- Hunt Responsibly: Generate a minimum of 60% self-sourced pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and referrals—no reliance on inbound marketing funnels.
- Manage Velocity: Rigorously manage an active pipeline (maintaining 3x quota coverage) to close deals within a tight 45–60 day cycle.
- Collaborate closely: Work alongside Product and Solutions Engineering teams for technical demos and report directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6–9 years of hardcore B2B enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of hitting annual ARR targets between ₹60L–₹1.5Cr.
- Skillset: Expertise in consultative/solution selling directly to C-suite and VP-level buyers.
- Domain Perks: Prior experience selling SaaS, API-based infrastructure, Fintech, or HR-tech products—especially into the BFSI sector—is a massive plus.
- Mindset: A true hunter mentality with the commercial rigor to run a disciplined pipeline, plus a willingness to travel regularly across the region.
