About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior National Sales Manager to lead Pan-India sales for our ICT and Security Solutions division. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with deep expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and physical security solutions. The successful candidate will drive business growth, manage key enterprise accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies for ICT, networking, and security solutions (including routing, switching, wireless, telephony, video conferencing, CCTV/IP surveillance, fire alarm systems, access control, and more)
- Identify and expand enterprise opportunities, manage the full sales lifecycle, and achieve revenue and margin targets
- Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, OEMs, and government/enterprise clients
- Lead solution selling efforts, aligning technical and commercial offerings to complex customer requirements
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
Requirements:
- 15–20 years of proven success in ICT/IT Infrastructure/Security Solutions sales
- Strong experience in enterprise (B2B) and Pan-India sales operations
- In-depth technical knowledge of networking, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, and integrated security
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
- MBA preferred
