Sr. QA Engineer || Full Time (Work from Office)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in quality assurance of SASS products and a deep understanding of QA processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by creating and executing test strategies/cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and bug free software.
Key Responsibilities:
● Requirement Analysis:
○ Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand detailed requirements using the Project Management tool.
○ Analyze assigned tasks/modules, discuss potential challenges with the team, and clarify any ambiguities.
○ Ensure all requirements and clarifications are accurately documented in the Project Management tool.
● Testing and Quality Assurance (QA):
○ Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, following manual testing guidelines to ensure coverage of all requirements.
○ Validate that the developed modules align precisely with the approved design specifications.
○ Conduct cross-browser testing to verify compatibility across different web browsers.
○ Perform responsive testing to ensure optimal functionality on various devices and screen sizes.
○ Execute thorough pre-launch testing in adherence to the company’s defined processes and guidelines.
○ Conduct post-launch testing to monitor the stability and functionality of the project in a live environment, following standard procedures.
● Issue Reporting and Follow-Up:
○ Log identified issues and bugs in the Project Management tool with detailed explanations, including relevant screenshots or videos for clarity.
○ Collaborate closely with the development team to provide detailed explanations and assist in troubleshooting identified issues.
○ Proactively follow up on reported bugs, ensuring they are resolved effectively. Perform multiple rounds of verification as needed until the issues are fully resolved.
