Talent Sourcing & Training Solutions Specialist, Location : Gurgaon, Exp : 2-5 yrs

Prefer Candidates having experience in Technical Staffing / Engineering Recruitment Firms, Quality Training Firms

Education: MBA (HR) or equivalent. Graduates have 2 -4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, trainer sourcing or technical staffing.

Main Activity: Support the Training and Competency Development business by sourcing and onboarding technical trainers, identifying subject matter experts, understanding client competency requirements, supporting training solutions, coordinating training activities, engaging with clients, and managing trainer/vendor relationships. Exposure to corporate training or competency development preferred.

Role Purpose:
To support the Training and Competency Development business by sourcing technical trainers, consultants, auditors, and SMEs, coordinating training solutions based on client competency requirements, and assisting in the promotion and execution of technical training portfolio.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Talent Sourcing
 Source technical trainers, consultants, auditors and SMEs industries.
 Build and maintain a trainer database using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
 Screen candidates for technical capability, training expertise, commercials and availability.
 Coordinate trainer onboarding and documentation.
Training Solutions Support
 Understand client competency gaps and training requirements.
 Coordinate with technical experts to map suitable training solutions.
 Support proposal preparation and trainer deployment.
 Coordinate training schedules and execution.
Client Engagement
 Work with Business Development teams to identify training opportunities.
 Present trainer profiles and training capabilities to clients.
 Support promotion of technical training portfolio.
Vendor & Trainer Management
 Build long-term relationships with trainers and consultants.
 Negotiate commercials and maintain performance records.
