Position : Head Human Resource – Admin
Experience : 4-5 years
Salary upto : 6-7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and update HR databases, tracking changes in personnel, salaries, and benefits.
- Ensure proper record keeping of employee certifications, training, and licenses required for steel industry roles.
Coordination of HR Processes:
- Assist in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, medical examinations, and other relevant assessments required for steel industry positions.
- Support the administration of employee performance evaluations and appraisals.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations within the steel sector.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Help maintain a work environment that promotes compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the steel industry.
Employee Communication:
- Support HR in disseminating important communications, announcements, and policy updates to employees within the steel sector.
- Assist in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and industry-specific skill development programs.
Data Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, training participation, and compliance status.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements in HR processes within the steel industry.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient flow of information and seamless HR-related processes that meet the unique demands of the steel industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR administration, preferably within the steel or heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of steel industry regulations, safety requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
