The candidate should be highly skilled and experienced General Manager – Sourcing with a
focus on managing channel partner relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to drive business through channel
partners. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to
build and maintain effective relationships with brokers/ channel partners.
Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives through
channel partners.
 Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s reach and
market share.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment
with company goals.
 Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product
development, to support channel partner initiatives.
 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
growth.
 Monitor and report on channel partner performance against agreed-upon metrics.
 Provide leadership and guidance to the sourcing team to ensure the successful
execution of sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA
preferred.
 10 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on managing channel partner
relationships.
 Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sourcing
strategies.
 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partner.
