Key Account Manager (KAM)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. The
KAM will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients,
ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent
communication skills, and a deep understanding of the courier and logistics industry.

  • Having min 4 to 5 years’ experience in B2C Sales. Preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

    What duties does the job involve?

    1) Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns
    promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify
    opportunities for improvement.
    2) Account Development:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to key
    accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements.
    3) Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that service levels and delivery standards are
    consistently met.
  • Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and service outcomes to clients and senior
    management.
    4) Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts in a timely and
    effective manner.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved
    to their satisfaction.
    5) Market Insights:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to
    provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
