We are actively seeking a smart and dynamic sales professional with an MBA(Preferred) and 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM) within the sales domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and cultivate client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle, particularly in the absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity.
- Identify client problem statements and craft value propositions that deliver specific outcomes addressing client needs through proposals and presentations.
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closures.
- Execute both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
- Develop and oversee control and tracking systems to monitor new and ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build, track, analyze, and present performance metrics to make data-driven decisions toward sales closures.
- Build, track, and manage the sales pipeline to help close deals.
- Prepare proposals and conduct price negotiations.
- Focus on account acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Maintain strong relationship management and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility:
- Over 2 years of experience in Key Account Management sales.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach, self-motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
