Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client
relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients,
giving offline/online demos, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall revenue for Manage My
Lawsuits.
Key Responsibilities:
● Pre-Sales Activities:
○ Outbound Sales:
■ Reach out to potential clients using the provided contact list.
■ Introduce yourself and the company using a structured elevator pitch.
■ Engage with prospects to gauge interest and effectively schedule meetings for further
discussions.
○ Inbound Sales:
■ Respond promptly to sales inquiries received via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and
other channels.
■ Introduce yourself professionally and gather a clear understanding of the client’s
requirements.
■ Utilize the inbound call pitch to engage clients and arrange meetings for detailed
discussions.
● Sales Meetings:
○ Conduct thorough research on the prospective client and their company before the meeting.
○ Verify client details in the CRM to ensure it is the first point of contact with the customer.
○ Lead the sales meeting with a focus on understanding the client’s needs and presenting tailored
solutions.
○ Develop customized presentations or proposals based on the client’s requirements.
○ Obtain approval from the reporting manager before sending any proposals to the client.
○ Approach price negotiations strategically, keeping profitability in mind.
○ Aim to close deals efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
● Client Onboarding & Coordination:
○ Generate and send invoices, follow up with clients, and ensure timely payment closure.
○ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders at MML to address any client documentation or
agreement requests.
○ Facilitate a smooth transition of the client to the customer support team.
○ Maintain detailed email records of all client interactions and discussions for future reference.

Key Requirements:
● Experience:
○ 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
○ Experience in SaaS and IT services is preferred.
● Technical Skills:
○ Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
○ Familiarity with sales automation tools and software.
○ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
● Soft Skills
○ Fluency in English and Hindi
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
○ Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
○ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
○ The expertise to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively to drive sales.
○ Good listening skills to understand and interpret information accurately by paying full
attention during conversations.
○ The ability to ask relevant, insightful questions to gather information and understand client
needs.
○ Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
