Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate potential buyers via networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with favourable terms.
- Generate walk-ins through channel partners and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Attend to new clients and ensure maximum revisits.
- Organize promotional events and achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of real estate experience.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and closing business deals.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
