Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
development, configuration, and customization, with expertise in Lightning Web Components
(LWC), Apex, Flows, Admin configuration, and REST API integration. You will play a crucial
role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business
requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development:
   o Design and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex
   classes, triggers, and batch processes.
   o Implement Flows and other declarative tools to automate business processes.
2. Platform Configuration:
   o Perform admin configurations such as custom objects, workflows, validation
   rules, and approval processes.
   o Customize and enhance Salesforce functionalities to align with business needs.
3. Integration:
   o Develop and manage REST API integrations with external systems.
   o Ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability through integration
   tools.
4. Troubleshooting and Support:
   o Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and
   customizations.
   o Provide technical support and guidance to users.
5. Testing and Deployment:
   o Perform unit testing and participate in system testing.
   o Deploy solutions following best practices and ensure minimal disruption to
   business processes.
6. Collaboration:
   o Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
   technical specifications.
   o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce
   solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
 Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
 Proficiency in:
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)
o Flows and declarative tools
o Salesforce Admin configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules,
etc.)
o REST API Integration
 Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
 Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
 Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.
 Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
