JD for Area Sales Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Promoting medical equipment by visiting Clients (Hospitals/Doctors/Patients) in the assigned area
2) Building and maintaining relationships with the clients/dealers by taking periodic feedback of the product/s and for orders enquiry
3) Generating daily leads and regular follow up to progress.
4) Assisting the team in organizing various Sales promotional Events.
5) Maintaining an area wide sales target and monitoring the sales of all the dealers of the assigned area.
7) Leading a team of BDMs & BDEs
Key Requirements:
- 4-10 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Medical Equipment Market preferably from the Critical Care segment
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Candidates with core knowledge about the industry and the areas to be given to handle
- Strong interpersonal, social and writing skills
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Smart and eagerness to learn
- Stable in his career
