The person would be responsible for:-

  • The role is responsible for owning the channel map for the territory / region to meet
    the objective of the Value Business through channels owning targets for the region assigned.
  • Responsible for identifying new partnerships, and developing and managing existing
    strategic partner relationships for the organization.
  • Ensuring qualification, appointment and on boarding of the Channel Partners
  • Develop and communicate a partner strategy for the management and development of
    the selected partners.
  • Monitoring Channel and their target performance.
  • Be able to independently work on these partnerships and nurture them for consistent
    business..
  • Manage, liaison and maintain close relationship with existing and prospective partners
    to establish long term, as well as opportunity based, alignments.
  • Responsible for Distribution management and getting the reach and numbers.
  • Formulating Monthly Business Planning with Partners along with PAM.
  • Owning execution of the business plan along with PAM.
  • Driving the capability building plan with partners like training the channel partner
    resources.
  • Driving the coverage programs like demand generation, customer focused programs,
    industry forum participations etc. along with the marketing team.
  • Ensuring Channel Policy Adherence Process in the assigned territory.
  • Regularly suggest & run Offers and Incentive Schemes for partners .
  • Monitoring partner health for allocated set of partners through regular reviews, timely
    claim submissions etc.

❖ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry handling partners, preferably
    software/solutions.
  • Team handling experience.
  • Should be from promoting software sales business.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder at multiple levels of seniority.
  • Ability to cope with a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in a complex business setting.
  • You stay on top of things even in the busiest times.
  • Very structured, proactive and self-driven behavior – within your existing scope and
    beyond, e.g. identifying areas for future growth.
  • Very hands-on, you love “getting your hands dirty“ .
  • Technical interest and passionate about IT & partners – you want to bring our business to the next level.
