  • Write and edit user manuals, online help guides, tutorials, and API documentation.
  • Create engaging content such as FAQs, release notes, and how-to guides.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple language tailored to the target audience.
  • Maintain and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze feedback from users to improve documentation quality.
  • Follow documentation standards and style guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes (e.g., SDLC).
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or other documentation software.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements.
