Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing and Marketing Executive to manage
client relationships and oversee project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of the creative industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and
fostering strong relationships.
o Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and objectives to provide tailored solutions
and services.
o Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional
manner.

Client Needs Assessment:
o Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to
understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, solutions, and
recommendations that address client needs and objectives.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to
prospective clients.
o Showcase the agency’s capabilities, expertise, and value proposition to differentiate it
from competitors.
o Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure
new business opportunities.
Project Coordination and Management:
o Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technical
departments, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
o Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication,
providing updates, and managing expectations.
o Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure they align with client
requirements and expectations.

Client Retention and Satisfaction:
o Proactively engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and retain their
business.
o Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies to address
concerns and enhance the client experience.
o Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or solutions to existing
clients based on their evolving needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to
identify opportunities and threats.
o Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target clients, market
segments, and growth opportunities.
Networking and Relationship Building:
o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships
with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
o Act as a brand ambassador for the agency, representing its values, capabilities, and
expertise in client interactions and networking opportunities.

Reporting and Analytics:
o Track and analyze sales performance, client interactions, and business development
activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tools.
o Generate regular reports and updates on sales metrics, pipeline status, and client
engagement for management review and decision-making.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
o Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging trends in
business development and client servicing.
o Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement through
training, workshops, and certifications relevant to the role.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential Skills:
● Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role within the
creative, advertising, or media industry.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts
simultaneously.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project
management tools like Trello or Asana.
