Role Overview:
The Sales & Business Operations Coordinator will act as the bridge between sales,
customers, and internal support functions. This role is responsible for streamlining the
sales process, supporting customer coordination efforts, ensuring accurate reporting, and
reinforcing compliance and governance in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
�� Sales Process Management
Support end-to-end sales process coordination from lead generation to deal
closure.
Track sales pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene and timely updates from the sales
team.
Facilitate proposal, quotation, contract creation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the legal and finance teams for approvals and documentation.
�� Customer Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for client communications post lead qualification.
Manage customer onboarding in collaboration with sales, operations, and support
teams.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and provide proactive updates.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and customer reviews.
�� Governance & Compliance
Monitor adherence to internal policies related to pricing, discounts, and deal
approvals.
Ensure that all documentation and customer records are compliant with company
guidelines.
Support the execution of audit trails, approval logs, and periodic compliance
checks.
Assist in implementing SOPs for the sales and business operations process.
�� Reporting & Analysis
Generate weekly/monthly sales and operations performance reports.
Provide actionable insights to the Sales and Business Operations heads.
Maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs like conversion rates, TATs, customer
satisfaction, etc.
�� Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and legal for seamless
workflow.
Support the team during product launches, campaigns, and customer events.
Drive alignment between sales and back-office operations for smoother execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or sales support.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and MS Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with an understanding of sales governance and business controls.
