- Sales Team Coordination
Objective: Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the sales team. Act as the
primary liaison between the National Sales Head and the sales team for information flow.
Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines as assigned by the National Sales
Head. Coordinate regular sales meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and
follow-up on action items. - Calendar & Schedule Management
Objective: Optimize the National Sales Head’s schedule to enhance productivity. Manage and
prioritize the National Sales Head’s calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Schedule internal and external meetings, anticipating any potential conflicts. Handle meeting
logistics, including preparing briefing notes, agendas, and reminders. - Cross-Departmental Coordination
Objective: Facilitate effective collaboration between the sales team and other departments.
Document the MOM of the meetings done with other department and track the progress and
ensure timely closure of MOM points - Performance Analysis & Reporting (Sales + Other concern department)
Objective: Provide insights on the performance of HQ and regional Sales teams for strategic
decision-making. - Task Management
o Objective: Assist the National Sales Head by Tracking and monitoring the progress of
key projects assigned by the National Sales Head to various department
- Administrative Support & Confidentiality
Objective: Provide essential administrative support while ensuring confidentiality. - Continuous Improvement & Professional Development
Objective: Proactively seek ways to enhance EA functions and personal effectiveness.
