Responsibilities:
 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve
individual and team sales goals.
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate
target markets and acquire new retail clients.
 Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback,
and conduct performance reviews.
 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for
improvement and implementing corrective actions.
 Assist team members in developing and executing account plans and sales
strategies for key prospects.
 Participate in strategic sales meetings with Account Executives and key
prospects.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with a significant portion in selling
SaaS solutions to retail businesses.
 Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team to
achieve and exceed targets.
 Strong understanding of the retail industry, its challenges, and opportunities.
 Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
 Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales
analytics tools.
