About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing initiatives for our luxury jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing collaterals, events, content, CRM, PR, and digital marketing with strong coordination and execution skills. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a flair for creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage both local and outstation marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Collaterals & Print
Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, brochures, and catalogues.
Manage print vendors and agencies to ensure quality and timely execution.
Visual Merchandising & In-Store Communication
Assist in developing in-store displays and visual merchandising strategies.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and premium aesthetics across stores.
Content & Digital Marketing
Contribute to content creation for digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.
Support execution of digital marketing initiatives, SEO/SEM activities, and analytics.
Events & PR
Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Liaise with PR agencies and media partners to maximize brand visibility.
CRM & Customer Engagement
Assist in managing CRM initiatives, customer outreach, and loyalty programs.
Work with sales teams to ensure customer engagement strategies are well executed.
Corporate Tie-ups & Partnerships
Identify and support execution of corporate tie-ups and brand partnerships.
Drive local and outstation marketing campaigns to expand brand presence.
Agency & Vendor Management
Coordinate with creative, media, and event agencies for smooth execution of campaigns.
Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Key Requirements
MBA in Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing communications, digital marketing, events, and PR.
Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
