We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager with 4–5 years of
experience in the wound care market, to drive sales across government, private, and institutional segments.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, established
relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven ability to generate business and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Developandimplement area-specific salesplanstoachievesalestargets.
- Identifygrowthopportunitieswithinassignedterritoryacrossgovernmenthospitals, private
healthcare providers, and institutions.
Business Development: - Build andmaintain strong relationships with key decision-makersincluding
procurementheads,hospital administrators, andclinicians. - Identifyandonboardnewcustomers andinstitutional clients.
Tender Institutional Sales: - Leadparticipationingovernmenttendersandratecontracts.
- Collaboratewith cross-functionalteamsincluding supply chain,regulatory, and
marketing. - Maintainaccurate andtimely reportingofsalesmetrics,forecasts, andterritory insights.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’sdegreeinScience,Pharmacy,or arelatedfield(MBAis aplus).
- 4–5yearsof experienceinmedical/woundcareproductsales.
- Strong experience dealing with governmenttenders and institutionalsales.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Abilitytotravelextensivelywithintheassignedterritory.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior exposure to advanced wound care products, dressings, orsurgical disposables.
- Existing network in key accounts across public and private hospitals.
- Hands-on experiencemanaging salesin both urban and semi-urbanmarkets.
