Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new franchisee appointments and ensure effective franchisee management.
- Lead initiatives for new admissions and student retention.
- Manage operations at the Corporate Centre, ensuring smooth functioning and service excellence.
- Take ownership of Corporate Centre profitability as well as the overall profitability for the North Kerala region.
- Oversee and support approximately 20 franchisees.
- Manage and provide support to an estimated 30–40 schools within the region.
- The candidate should be willing to travel across North Kerala.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in channel management and franchisee development.
- Strong background in franchisee appointments, preferably from Telecom or Insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth, profitability, and stakeholder engagement in a multi-unit environment.
