Job Location: Tirunalveli (Tamilnadu)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support existing franchise partners through planned activities, including school-based initiatives, to ensure consistent business growth
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise prospects in assigned regions
- Conduct effective presentations for prospective and existing parents to promote programs and strengthen engagement
- Perform data analysis to track business performance and derive actionable insights
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide necessary support to franchise partners
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates residing in Tirunelveli will be preferred
- Willingness to travel across nearby districts, including Tirunelveli, Nagercoil, Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari, and Tenkasi
- Flexibility to work on Sundays as per business requirements
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer applications and MS Office tools
