Job Title: Personal Secretary to General Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Personal Secretary to support the General Manager of a leading hotel. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and MOM
- Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential documents
- Arrange travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodation
- Act as a liaison between the GM and department heads
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Office
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and key projects
- Organize events, business visits, and executive meetings
- Travel along with the GM when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant (Hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
