Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing periodic business plans and strategies in coordination with the vision of the Organization.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the clients
- Generating daily leads and regular follow up with the team to progress.
- Organizing various Sales promotional Events.
- Client visits to generate business
- Maintaining strong region-wide revenue.
- Leading a team of ASMs, BDMs & BDEs
Key Requirements:
- 8-15 years of relevant work experience
- Core industry knowledge and the region (be given to handle), particularly the Medical Equipment Market (Critical Care device/equipment or medical or surgical device/equipment)
